The university has a powerful tool to be used for both training students and making Christ known - its own FM radio station, broadcasting 24 hours a day.
Programs broadcast from the university campus reach residents of the capital city of Kampala, as well as towns and villages within an 80km radius. Students in the communications program at the university have an opportunity to produce radio programs and practice other technical skills they have learned. African Bible University is able to present the gospel directly to a significant number of the Ugandan population in several languages.
In addition, a featured program called "Bible College by Radio" enables listeners to work through the Bible, from Genesis to Revelation.
