for Northwest Ankole Diocese

Prior to his appointment as the Bishop for North-West Ankole Diocess, Rev. Canon Amos Magezi served as the Provincial Secretary (Chief Operating Officer) at the Church of the Province of Uganda

Canon Amos served as the Dean of St. James Cathedral, Ruharo, Ankole Diocese. He also founded the Uganda Bible Institute in Mbarara and served as its first Principal.
Rev. Amos Magezi received his M.Div. degree from Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi (USA), a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Management from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from African Bible College, Lilongwe, Malawi.
